Holton Brandworks works with small to mid-sized businesses that have outgrown experimentation and are ready to operate with intention.
These are businesses that may not be large—but are serious. They understand that how they present themselves influences how they’re perceived, and they want their brand and systems to reflect the level at which they operate.
Holton Brandworks exists to help small and mid-sized businesses show up with the confidence and consistency of much larger ones—without losing the focus and personal leadership that made them successful in the first place.

For more than a decade, I’ve helped organizations clarify who they are and bring that clarity to life through thoughtful brand identity and design systems. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and creativity—helping brands look intentional, cohesive, and ready for what’s next.
Before launching Holton Brandworks, I led brand and creative initiatives for organizations across Indiana, including electric cooperatives serving tens of thousands of members. In roles spanning in-house leadership and consulting, I’ve guided full rebrands, launched new brands, and built visual systems designed to scale—often in complex, highly regulated, or mission-driven environments.
Today, I partner closely with founders, leadership teams, and growing organizations at moments of creation and change. I’m especially passionate about building brand identities that aren’t just beautiful, but practical—logos, typography, color, and visual language that teams can actually use with confidence. Beyond launch, I provide ongoing support to help brands stay consistent, evolve thoughtfully, and avoid the slow drift that happens when growth outpaces clarity.
I believe the best branding work comes from collaboration, trust, and asking the right questions before jumping to solutions. The goal isn’t to follow trends—it’s to create brands that feel aligned, work hard, and last.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me traveling with my husband and our two sons, planning nonstop flights whenever possible, chasing warm beaches, or getting outside for a hike or camping trip. At home, I love tackling DIY projects (the kind that usually take longer than planned) and unwinding with a great local beer.
